TBKD provides professional training at a fraction of the cost of commercial dojos. Students with the financial ability pay minimal membership dues on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual schedule. Students with proven financial hardship pay no membership dues but return services to the dojo on a volunteer basis dependent on ability.

TBKD has no contracts for long term commitments and no guarantees for promotions.

TBKD never turns away a serious student dedicated to learning Martial Discipline, furthering the TBKD Mission, and adhering to the established Code of Conduct.

All donations and membership dues are used in support of our mission and for the direct operation of the organization and training program (such as training gear, subsidized clinic and camp fees, insurance and other operational expenses). Our instructors lead the training program on a completely volunteer basis. The TBKD Director, Board, and Committee Chairs also run TBKD as a volunteer service. The TBKD website was also developed, hosted, and is maintained by Nick Karasek at no charge to TBKD.
