Your User Name is constructed using;
the first eight (8) characters of your last name
+ your first initial
+ your middle initial
If you know that an account has been established for you but have not received
your password from your Dojo Leader (DL) or Shihan Baylor, please contact either
person to get the correct Logon User Name and Password.
If you know (or suspect) that an account has NOT been established for you, press the
"Continue" button below to build a baseline account. Your Dojo Leader will receive
an EMail from the DMS requesting that he/she activate your new account. You will
be notified (using contact information that you will have entered) when the account
is activated.
